Richard Ned Lebow

Richard Ned Lebow is Professor Emeritus of International Political Theory in the War Studies Department of King’s College London, Honorary Fellow of Pembroke College, University of Cambridge, and James O. Freedman Presidential Professor Emeritus at Dartmouth College. He is a Fellow of the British Academy and a member of The Atheneum. His most recent books are The Quest for Knowledge in International Relations: How Do We Know? (Cambridge 2021), Justice East and West and International Order (Oxford, 2022) co-authored with Feng Zhang). He is the author of some 50 scholarly books and a novel and book of short stories. He is married, father of three children, has two grandchildren. When not writing he can be found playing tennis or running in the mountains.
