Julian D. Parrott

Julian grew up in Wrexham, north Wales (a small city that has recently experienced international attention through its soccer team!). He moved to the US after meeting his wife while studying abroad at the University of Illinois. Julian has worked as a short-order cook, a landscaper, a journalist, and, for some 30+ years, a university administrator. He has also taught university classes on Ian Fleming and James Bond and their impact on culture and society. He is the author of two spy/thriller/romance novels Fit for Purpose and Of Love and Honour. Julian is working on a third novel based on Welsh mythology, early American history, and contemporary Anglo-American intrigue. He lives in Urbana, Illinois, with his wife and two dogs. He can be occasionally found traversing the canals of England and Wales on a narrowboat and attempting to mix the perfect Vesper Martini.
