Earlier in my career, I wrote a number of books that fit into the category of Young Adult, though I’ve never thought of my work as aimed at particular age groups – I write books that I want to read myself and that I hope will appeal to readers of all ages. I particularly feel that way about The Notherland Journeys, my fantasy trilogy about a teenage girl who has the ability to create and travel to imaginary worlds.
